The 'Angelika' holiday home is a spacious corner townhouse located in the Garmisch district. Its west-facing terrace and garden offer wonderful views of the Garmisch mountain panorama. The property is fully equipped to accommodate up to ten adults and two toddlers.Children are welcome. Pets are also welcome!
The holiday home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest restroom. Each bedroom has a large double bed. There is also a pull-out sofa bed and an extra bed measuring 1.40 metres available. The entire house is available to rent and features a private entrance, laundry room, ski storage, two flat-screen TVs (one of which is a Smart TV), Wi-Fi, two balconies, a sunny terrace, a garden with barbecue facilities, two parking spaces and much more.
Important note regarding booking: Depending on the season, the booking calendar specifies a minimum stay duration or preferred arrival and departure dates. If you are planning a shorter stay or wish to arrive or depart on different dates, please feel free to contact us by email or phone to make a request.
Bed linen and towels can be added as a linen package (10 € / person) when booking. We can provide you a potable crip (10 €) and a high chair (5 €) for your stay. Please note that we charge 15 € / night for your pet.
The Garmisch-Partenkirchen market charges visitor`s tax per person per night. This tax must be paid in addition to the rental price, in cash, on arrival. Adults (from 16 years): €3; children aged 6–15: €1; children up to 5 years old stay for free). Every guest receives a "Zugspitz Arena Bayern-Tirol CARD" guest card
offering various discounts, including free use of the local bus, as well as reductions for attractions such as the swimming pool, Partnachklamm and museums.

The holiday home is located on a side street, just a three-minute walk from the bus stop and shopping facilities in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, as well as the hiking trails.

This stunning vacation home boasts breathtaking Alpine views and a beautiful garden. It is located on a quiet side street with minimal traffic. The street is mainly residential, but also features a traditional carpentry shop and a liquor store. Everything you need is nearby. As the owners, we live in the house next door and are happy to provide recommendations for local excursions.
